From your first conversation to ongoing care, the journey is designed to be seamless, discreet and personalised.
You speak directly with Dr Hussain or a senior team member to outline your health priorities and decide which membership level makes sense for you.
You complete a focused health questionnaire and have your initial consultation, so Dr Hussain can understand you properly and flag anything that needs attention early.
As a member, you contact the practice directly and are offered rapid access by phone, video, clinic or home visit, instead of competing for appointments.
Planned reviews, health screens and follow‑ups are used to adjust your plan and bring in trusted specialists when needed, so your health is managed, not left to drift.
Day‑to‑day GP care, many home visits and core screenings typically sit within membership; more specialised tests and programmes are arranged as bespoke additions.

After an initial conversation with Dr Hussain, most members are onboarded within 7–10 days. We take time to ensure your baseline assessments are thorough and your personalised plan is ready from day one.
Yes. Your needs may change, and membership is designed to evolve with you. You can upgrade or adjust your tier at any time with a simple conversation.
All paid memberships (Essential, Enhanced, Elite) have a 3-month minimum commitment, after which you can leave at any time with 3 months’ notice. Exploratory membership is annual with no ongoing contract.
Yes. To maintain the quality of care and ensure Dr Hussain can give every member the attention they deserve, memberships are capped. We recommend enquiring early to secure your place.
Family memberships cover up to two adults and three children under 18. Each family member receives the same tier benefits, including child health screenings where applicable.
What we have found is that this allows us to onboard clients as quickly and efficiently as possible and commence their health journey immediately. The partners we use charge us for their services and in order to cover our costs we ask for a small up front joining fee so that clients can start to benefit from their input without delay. This fee is a one off and is carried forward to year 2, being deducted from the membership charge. Please note: if you cancel an rejoin the joining fee will be levied again.
